Once a booking has been taken, written confirmation of the details will be sent to you.

The booking will be held open for you for a period of 7 days, until a deposit of 50% of the whole cost agreed has been received in the form of a non returnable deposit, together with a signed copy of our terms and conditions.

If no payment has been received after 7 days, we may offer your appointment to other clients.

If a booking is cancelled, then no refund will be given as the deposit was taken on a non-returnable basis.

We can not be held responsible for postponements, due to our illness or mechanical breakdown on route. Although we will endeavour to get one of us to you.

The remainder of the fee agreed would need to be paid in cash, cheque or credit card on the day of the booking.

We can confirm that we are covered by Public Liability insurance and are regularly CRB checked for your peace of mind
