Terms & Conditions
  • Once a booking has been taken, written confirmation of the details will be sent to you.
  • The booking will be held open for you for a period of 7 days, until a deposit of 50% of the whole cost agreed has been received in the form of a non returnable deposit, together with a signed copy of our terms and conditions. 
  • If no payment has been received after 7 days, we may offer your appointment to other clients.
  • If a booking is cancelled, then no refund will be given as the deposit was taken on a non-returnable basis.
  • We can not be held responsible for postponements, due to our illness or mechanical breakdown on route. Although we will endeavour to get one of us to you.
  • The remainder of the fee agreed would need to be paid in cash, cheque or credit card on the day of the booking.
  • We can confirm that we are covered by Public Liability insurance and are regularly CRB checked for your peace of mind
