| Code of Practice |
-
Emphasis must be on quality and safety. All products should comply with the strictest cosmetic and toy regulations, and should be water based.
-
Never paint any child with any open cuts or sores on their faces, or if they have a cold sore or conjunctivitis, or any other known infectious skin condition.
-
All our equipment must be kept clean and well maintained.
-
Professional Face Painters should be trained and work to this code of practice, therefore ensuring peace of mind in relation to hygiene and public safety.
-
It is essential that Professional Face Painters hold Public Liability Insurance.
-
It is also preferable, when working with children, that CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checks are undertaken and certificates kept to hand for reassuring clients.
